At Vaunynel Photography we understand that using the services of a photographer isn’t the run of the mill purchase for most people. If you have come to our website due to searching or responding to an advertisement and you don’t know who we are then having question is perfectly normal and invited.

This is the most common question asked as should be expected. Once you have purchased your session and the payment has been received we will contact you via phone to arrange a suitable date, time and location for your shoot. Please don’t worry, we will always try our hardest to accommodate the shoot around your availability.
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to allow the purchase of additional products and services. You just need to provide your friends and family with your private gallery login details and link. They then provide me with the unique ID number of the images they wish to purchase. They can do this either via the contact page or in the order notes section of the checkout page.
At Vaunynel Photography we try to discourage the editing of images outside of a stray hair or wondering tree in the background. This is because we truly believe the best image is a natural one. However we do understand that sometimes edits are needed and we are very lucky in having skilled and experienced editors who can help. You can find out about our retouching services here.
We’ve spent a lot of time and thought into making this an enjoyable experience for you. The process is simple, quick and secure as we provide you with a private online gallery that’s password protected. Once the images are ready for viewing, we will send you the details to access your images via email. Of course, you can choose to share this gallery with family and friends simply by giving them access to it. We also understand that choosing images can be difficult, so we are more than happy to sit with you and discuss this in person.
At Vaunynel Photography we believe the life of an image is enhanced by the product it’s printed on! This means the majority of the time your images are printed and not digitally presented. However, we understand not everyone wants to purchase a canvas or a print so we have given you the option of having your images delivered to you via a beautifully designed USB which will be posted to you once payment has been made. We love receiving this question as it allows us to express our love, passion and skills in portrait photography. Over the past 8 years we have grown as a business and have photographed over 300 clients. Our approach is to ensure we listen to the requirements of our clients so that we are confident the end results are exactly as expected. Obviously there will always be competition but we feel it’s important that you chose the photographer that suits your style and personality and we hope the majority of those who talk to us chose our services based on this.
At Vaunynel Photography we understand that there are many reasons our clients wish to order at a later date. One of the more common reasons is that they need more time to work out what they really want! We have a “No hassle” policy when it comes to the products and services we provide. So take your time and make sure your decision to buy is right for you. Our data retention policy requires us to hold an image in storage for 12 months. After this, the images are removed from our servers and will no longer be accessible. The reason is purely down to data size and the costs involved in keeping data in a secure location.
We understand that our clients have busy lives and sometimes things get in the way of planned events. Mostly it’s something simple like being ill or children not feeling ready, so we will always attempt to accommodate your needs and find a new time and date for the shoot. As you’re required to purchase the session fee up front we need to ensure you’re treated fairly, you can find our cancellation and postponement terms in section 9 of this document.
